30th anniversary

We are excited to announce that North Shore Dance & Theater (NSDT) 

is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year! 

To mark this milestone, we are hosting a special anniversary fundraiser with a silent auction and performance by Bad Momz of Comedy on Thursday, February 6th, 2025. 

NSDT, a female-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit children’s theater company, has been dedicated to bringing the joy of theater to children in Glenview and the surrounding communities. Through our productions, workshops, and educational programs, we provide an inclusive environment, including a handicap accessible stage, where children can explore their creativity, build self-confidence, and develop a love for the arts.

Our stage is the heart of our theater, but our traveler curtain is in dire need of replacement. It has served us well over the years, but its color has faded, the fabric is fraying, and it no longer operates reliably. We need to raise $10,000 to replace it with a new one, ensuring the visual appeal and safety of our productions. If we exceed our goal, additional funds will be used to refinish the stage flooring and upgrade our technology.
